The first language is included in the price.
The rate falls as you add markets: the second language adds 30 € per video, the third 20 €, and every one after 15 €. The concept, the script and the edit are written once; only the voice changes. The Aesthetic, Lifestyle and Mix formats carry no spoken words, so their price doesn't change, and the Photo option is a fixed price unaffected by languages.
Since 2 August 2026, AI-generated video must be declared as artificial when published, and the rules differ from one market to the next. Telling me where they will run lets me set the marking and the mentions correctly the first time.
A dot marks the countries that already go further than the AI Act: Denmark, Finland, Italy and Slovenia have national AI laws of their own, and France adds its own labelling rules on commercial content. Choosing them changes nothing to your price; it changes what I write on the videos.

VAT. VAT not applicable, art. L. 223-3 of the CIBS. All prices are stated exclusive of tax and no VAT is charged.
Delivery. Videos are delivered via a download link (Google Drive), accessible for 7 days from the time it is sent. It is the client's responsibility to download their files within this period.
Delivery time. The stated delay (see "Estimated delivery time") is an estimate and is not guaranteed to the minute; it may vary depending on production workload or factors beyond our control, without entitlement to compensation. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
Revisions. One free round of revisions is included for the entire order, to be requested within 7 days of receiving the videos. Two rounds are included on any order whose total exceeds 2 300 €, as with the No voice and Voice packs, and three rounds above 4 000 €. After this period, or for any additional revision, extra fees may apply.
Payment and refunds. Payment is due at the time of order. No refund will be granted once production has started, including in the event of cancellation by the client.
Late payment. Any sum remaining unpaid after the due date shown on the invoice automatically bears late payment interest at three times the legal interest rate in force, running from the day following that date until payment in full, without any reminder being necessary. A fixed indemnity for recovery costs of forty euros (40 €) is also due automatically for each invoice paid late, in accordance with articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code. Where the recovery costs actually incurred exceed that amount, additional compensation may be claimed on production of supporting evidence.
Price revision. The prices displayed at the time of the order apply to that order and will not change once it is confirmed and paid. For future orders, prices may be revised once per calendar year, on 1 January, to reflect changes in the cost of the AI production tools and third-party services used to deliver the service. Any such revision is capped at the actual increase in those costs over the preceding twelve months, and the updated prices are published on this page at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Orders placed before the effective date remain at the previous price.
Usage rights. Once the order is delivered and paid for, the videos are permanently assigned to the client, who may use them without time limit both organically (social media, website) and in paid advertising.
Confidentiality. All materials supplied by the client (photographs, videos, briefs, product information, including unreleased products) are treated as confidential. They are used solely to produce the order and are never published, resold, shared with third parties, or added to our portfolio or showreel without the client's prior written consent. This obligation survives the completion of the order.
Client's warranty on provided materials. The client warrants holding all necessary rights over the product, brand, visuals, and brief provided to us. The client shall indemnify us against any claim, action, or judgment resulting from a third-party rights violation (trademark, image, copyright) related to the materials provided.
Order refusal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whose product or brief is illegal, unethical, or infringes on third parties. In this case, the client is fully refunded.
Personal data. The information provided (email, phone, product URL) is used solely to process the order, is never shared with third parties, and can be deleted upon the client's request.
Professional nature of the order. This service is reserved for professionals acting within the scope of their business. By placing an order, the client declares to be acting in a professional capacity; consequently, the right of withdrawal provided by consumer law for individuals does not apply.
AI labelling. Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the European AI Act requires AI-generated video resembling real persons, objects or places to be disclosed as artificial when published. Every video delivered carries a visible AI marking, which may not be cropped, blurred or removed. At publication the client adds Publicity · Advertising · AI-generated content to the description, plus AI-generated character where a face appears and AI-generated voice where the voice is synthetic, and ticks the platform's own AI-content declaration.
Publishing responsibility. Beyond the above, the client is responsible for the legal obligations applicable to publication, notably advertising disclosures (commercial content, paid partnership) and any national rule stricter than the European text; these vary by country of publication and it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves of those applicable to their market. We decline all responsibility where the client fails to carry out the steps above, alters the marking, or does not comply with the rules of their own market.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
Where the monthly option is chosen, this order is a subscription: it renews each month until cancelled, can be cancelled or paused at any time with no fee, and the month in progress is not refunded. Those clauses, and the complete terms, are on the order terms page.
